Refund Policy

1. Overview
At TL Technologies Pvt Ltd, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.
2. Service-Based Products
Our services include digital marketing, website development, software products, mobile apps, and design solutions. As these are customized services, refunds are generally not provided once the project has commenced or deliverables have been shared.
3. Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].
- If a cancellation request is made before project initiation, a full refund will be issued.
- If a cancellation request is made after project kickoff but before 25% completion, a 50% refund may be considered.
- No refund will be processed once 25% or more of the project is completed or deliverables have been shared.
4. Monthly Retainers or Subscriptions
- Clients can cancel monthly services with 7 daysโ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- No refunds are given for partial months.
5. Delayed Projects
If a project is delayed due to client-side non-responsiveness for more than 30 days, TL Technologies reserves the right to cancel the project without refund.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as proven billing errors or duplicate payments.
